Well $1m NIHL settlements wont help. I dont expect NIHL cavalry until H1 H2 2017.
New case reduction means milking WIP for fees and higher profit margins H2 2016. cash generation
Second half to June 16 it is difficult to form a view . No doubt the bears can tell us. It is easier to form a view on H1 2017.
I do see material cash generation in H1 and H2 2017.
