So it takes someone wanting to buy PEA to get people to look at Zenith.

I dont get it. How do people value a company? Just be doing what someone tells them to do?

Mind you, the more I look into Zenith the more confused I get about its value! I will line up PEA and Zenith metrics one day (I have casually). Zenith does seem to come out well compared to PEA. Yet quite the share price laggard!
