How do you figure that...two oppies equal 1 share.
i got oppies for 4.5 cents i think from memory. I get one share for every two, so my share effectively cost me 9 cents. Shares last traded for 10.5 cents, and will re-list at 20 cents, so a minimum of 10 cents.
In fact, given that the prospectus is already redundant as the issue was over subscribed at 10.5 cents immediately by instos, and so demand for shares at 10.5 then supply, price should go higher based on demand. Given that info - selling the oppies might have been a bad decision as you would think the instos would know more about how to value a company then us/you as comparative amateurs.
So, all in all, option holders should do better than the FPO holders due to leverage. I do hold mostly the FPO's though, only a few oppies.
So - any holders have an intelligent answer to what happens if we don't take up the offer with the options?
