However, as pointed out, institutions beg to differ with your in depth analysis. Two placements in the last 4 months have both been over subscribed, one at 11.5 and the other at 10.5 cents. I would tend to lend more weight to what price instiutions are prepared to pay rather than to what small oppy holders like us from hotcopper have done with our oppies - especially on very low volume, usually under $5000 a day.
