Syd - while I admire your optimism - it's a pesimistic market right now and I'm unfortunately not seeing the same "hints" that you are from management.

As stated in the shareholder magazine - progress on the JV is progressing "satisfactoraly" - this doesn't give me the idea that a deal will be signed in the next 2 months, let alone the next 2 weeks!

I'd LOVE to be proven wrong on this - I really would!!

But to your credit you've identified a lot of positives that NWE COULD have going for it - it's certainly packed with possibilities - but as yet none of those posibilities have been realised.

If they had - the share price wouldn't be 0.026! That's what you're buying right now - a possibility - much like a lotto ticket - you're buying a CHANCE of success - no guarentees's.

As they say - you've got to be in it to win it.
