    likewise i reduced my holdings.

    what if there's no JV signed. what would happen? does it mean that NWE will forfeit its rights to the drilling permit? what will happen to the sp?

    havent been in this situation before but would like some clarification.

    sp has been taking a beating and not rebound like some of the others after the eofy. dang.
