what if?

What if CAZ gets port allocation and MIN miss out? Is that a possibility? If so then CAZ could become a target for a potential takeover surely?? The rail allocation seems extremely important so is this a valid chance of happening?? The other reason I say this is because why are CAZ selling off its assets like they did today? I dont see the point unless they are trying to streamline there business and make themselves attractive to potential suitors?? Now this is just a theory but something is up here and I dont know if good or bad. I look forward to constructive thoughts on this theory?
