    Good post. Coming up with a "value" for ESG remains difficult IMHO. It is obviously way more than the current sp in any takeover scenario. But as others have commented we need to see more facts from ESG on flow rates, economics and see some actual customers to be able to determine what part of CR may become reserves and thgerefore what metrics are achievable.

    I just feel though that with STO and BG getting the gfo-ahead and now ORG looking like it will be following fast behind, the whole sector should boom and ESG won't miss out on that.

    And a quick look at slide 32 (page 33) of Santos's last presentation on 12 October makes it apparent that STO is planning a gas hub at Gunnedah and that a pipeline from there to Wallumbilla and one to Newcastle would complete the grid and allow complete "optionality" for all players' gas supplies.

    Its game on and we shouldn't have to wait too long now for some action. Provided ESG management produce the goods!!!
