That is probably more along the lines of the "value" per share, not the share price after a discovery.
Realistically I'd say a quick run to 45c or so... then might take a while??
If is is a discovery Shell will want to develop it the Shell way - which will mean at least two more appraisal wells, cutting core, logging to death and re-processing the seismic with the VSP log data.
The soonest that they could be back to drill follow up wells would be ~ 1 year from now.
Then the "project" phase starts - another 2 years but could be much more.
You might see first oil or gas in a discovery case by 2014.
