my opinion and cal's are a bit more simplistic...
Haw mkt cap at 1.3c per share approx $27mill
takeover with 50% premium = approx 2c per share and a bit
over $40 mill
$40 odd mill in total (not allowing for lcy's stake in haw)for all of HAW's other assets and 40% of mt bevan....
is it worth that ? ..imo as a min and it would not be that an expensive acquisition and would be fair and reasonable
i don't think that the indians would want HAW as extra baggage....
