our revenue has gone up over the last 3 quarters, we have sugar valley and our 2 first wells coming into production this quarter so we shouldn't be too far off with 1 million usd per month net revenue.

the revenue is key in my books as its what will give sg the ability to get a large chunk of money if we go the debt finance to take a larger stake in the multi hori well program (what i suspect). the jv partners surely exoect the operator (ggp) to take a large stake in the drilling.

Would you as a jv partner feel reassured that the operator has put their balls on the line with a large cash component? I know i would.


The report doesn't read badly, just the timing of the wells getting completed and getting our revenue to where it should be for a rerating of the stock. we were told july for both our first 2 wells and now august september which'll probably end up being september october.
