I do not love CR talk maxi, just stating it is possible considering how many they have done over the years. Each year the have gone over the 15 percent threshold to my knowledge in at least the last 5 or so years. A 0.010 placement would seem the obvious call considering your prediction that they would not get a CR over the line lol.
