So far the only one up for court costs is Sumitomo.

Axiom was successful in opposing Sumitomo’s and the other claimants’ application to amend their claim. The Commissioner also ruled that costs follow the event, meaning that as Axiom having been successful in the application to amend it is entitled to have its costs of the application paid by Sumitomo.

Deet that order related to the application to amend their claim, not the outcome of the trial. "Costs follow the event" is the norm - meaning unsuccessful party pays successful party.
