The answer to Question 1 is that Lanstead was keeping a lid on the price pre August ,they sold out in July 2019 and then the stock started to run .
On question 2 I am not sure who the seller/buyer is .They could not be making a lot of money doing this as the volume is so low.They must have a different agenda that the normal Neuren shareholder !!!
