You could be right about the price... I guess it depends on whether anything significant happens in the meantime.
If we assume for a minute that nobody takes up their SPP entitlement (unlikely) and one entity offers to take the lot, including oversubscriptions, then they could end up with over 9 percent of the company. That would make a useful springboard to a full takeover later on.
