$1.10 could scoop up The millions that have been bought in the last month giving a quick 5% profit/ month and i think a reasonable chunk of longer term holders might join in.This would be the straight and narrow approach to getting a large holding. The unknown,is there another bidder.Who has the offers in the market around the dollar. Will they be pulled if ZFX quits. Is it ZFX. how many could ZFX buy and at what price when it falls.How much do they really want AGM. They would be unrealistic not to try the $1.10 approach before going the backdoor.
Still i will take the $1.50. $1.75. $2.00 offer from the unknowns if it comes.
