the visit was not announced - not necessarily kept secret but just not announced. Then let's say the sp started to move up as it has done today and ppl would be wondering why. There would be a speeding ticket issued, perhaps the chinese delegation visit would be announced then (but no need to as it is not price sensitive). Then the rumours got out that the chinese had visited.

Now who would be pissed off - I would imagine those people who are now complaining about JK over-communicating.
