do you really want nurses to decide which health directive they follow and which they ignore.........?

do you think they have discretion in following hygiene and prescription rules.......?

maybe nurses can decide whether a patient should receive a medication or not........?

if a nurse disobeys a health directive.......GET RID OF THEM NOW........you never know what other directives they may want to ignore
