originally Sonangol was to own 60% of the refinery, then Pensador moved in, then out again.

Now MS says it is the same refinery as planned, I'm not sure about that.

But the goal posts keep changing month after month.

So where is Pensador now, they were to get off shore and thge refinery, in exchange they were to fund the copper etc, and we got shares in them.

Now what are Pensaodr actually worth, they were to have money, well we don't know if they have any now, or what they do have.

Most read the earlier ann on refinery, and got Pensador wasn't going to fund it, he said on BRR that it was, knowing all along they were not, what's his game.

I keep asking him questions, as is a lot, but only gives one liners.

Now this bank, is going to own 2 thirds of CVI, so I am hoping they will want to move sp up, at some point.

So the ann is pretty good, but if this bank thinks long term for CVI, why were they not locked up for 6 or 12 moths.
