    i know that. If you go and look at the comment that i was replying to.

    The reason for my comment was if they sell the assets for less than 400mil. If they sell for less(mm would be aware and ok it) But the offer for OZL at 82.5 would stay in place MM would not say that they are now not going to buy OZL
