... I doubt there'll be a failure to negotiate - it'll just come down to a matter of terms to any agreement. All parties will have a clear view to profit, but a balance that each perceives as equitable becomes a sticking point. We're talking acreage that may be extremely lucrative if the current trend continues. The 'pines Gov't contacts within NDO will prove a massive point of leverage in our favour.
