It seems that Ventracor is not going to rise from the ashes. They were a serious competitor as the trial of their device had progressed to 150 devices in the US market. Thoratec and Heartware must be looking to the additional demand for thier products no that Ventracor are no longer a player. This bodes well for HIN holders. My thought is that the share price of HIN will climb steadily to the Thor offer equivalent. Both Thor and HTWR have risen over the last couple of weeks in the US.
