It seems pretty simple to me.
Theresa May had three goes at sorting out the deal and failed on each occasion.
Time for someone else to have a go.
At some point they just have to bite the bullet and get on with it.
There are always predictions of gloom and doom.
After a period of adjustment things realign and sort themselves out.
