what in the hell is happening.

Is ICN ever going to drill ? Is ICN ever going to do a deal? Every time I accumulate on weakness,...they get weaker. I will now wait till they hit 1 cent before my next purchase.The shares should be at least 25 cents based on the fundamental value of their permits and maybe a lot more based on a risked reserves calculation, but the management doesn't seem to be able to convey this message to brokers.I was hoping to put my kids thru Uni on this stock but now it looks like it could be my grandkids.
