It was sent to me by a friend. It really doesn't matter whether it was repeated at any number of conferences. It's the content which is important for his experienced perspective on where the world is(could be) heading. I posted it for it's food for thought benefit. Look at the big picture and don't nit pick.
Your in depth criticism of any specific part of his dissertation is welcome.
