If the manipulators have been successful in supressing the price for 15 years it could still be a long wait for the "inevitable" (?) breakout.
Still, I reckon it's worthwhile to salt away a few cheap silver stocks .... just in case.
I hold MMN ... as a "just in case" silver stock.
