I’ve “peddled” this for just over 12 months. End of 2016, on this forum, I predicted 4 US rate hikes (we got 3 + a September adjustment - equivalent to 4). Got scolded for it by the way. I’m calling for 4 more this year.
So far nothing I’ve seen has made me change my view. It’s all unfolding as expected.
I don’t know what terms or provisions are involved with the loan you referenced (aside from the norm with fixed rates) but it sounds like a bargain to me.
