Yes I agree...I use a Line of Credit (LOC) as a debt reduction strategy and an investment strategy...I 'm on a variable rate...I understand your opinion is we may not see interest rates rise for some time due to banks offering about...4% fixed rates on 5 years....saying that...Is there a possibility when interest rates move...we may see a drop not a rise...?
