I think it's the gap at low 4s that needs to be filled. i'm expecting people to yell downramper at me but we've dropped from a high of 11 on 20 feb to 5.8 now (using HC numbers). That's a 5.2 drop in a space of about 3 weeks. It only needs to go down another 1.5 - 2 to get there. Seems almost certain to me.
