Pretty obvious I would have thought. But since you asked.

Solvency .... the last quarterly dictates information suggesting the company is out of cash within approx a month or so. So, one of two things need to happen;

1) Trades again so they can draw down on the CN providing much needed cash (which I don’t believe the company will be re listed within this short period)

OR

2) Another director loan is provided to the company (which I would love to see NF provide) however I feel is unlikely. As much as revenue appears highly unlikely.

If the next quarterly can’t show the company trading solvently, VA looms.
