It was not the clearest forum....perhaps they should have used HouseParty! LOL!
But I believe that all resolutions were voted along as per BoD recommendations: ie 'For' resolutions 1-6 and 'Against' Resolution 7. Res 1 was the Rem Report and was passed, but with less than 75% of the vote. Therefore second strike! This being the second strike, it brought Resolution 7 into play - which was the resolution to Spill the board. The numbers were briefly flashed on the screen, but I saw it as around 27% voting 'For' the spill, and the majority voting 'Against' the spill. This vote requires a majority to pass, and hence the spill was rejected.
Therefore, if my interpretation is correct, then this means that they have registered the second strike but avoided a spill. So business as usual, if such a thing exists. I await a BoD announcement of AGM results to confirm my confirm or correct my understanding.
