given there has been several holders that have lodged a "potential" breach of undertakings notices with the R.E. (I understand in early Sept 2015).


"You have pointed to statements in PaperlinX’s 2013 and 2014 Annual Reports that reference the purchase of shares for employees (with an aggregate value of $0.1 million in 2013 and $0.3 million in 2014) and state that, in your view, PaperlinX has breached the undertakings set out in clause 4(d) of the SPS Terms."

Given the "share plans" are administered by Computershare, and it would appear a "straight forwared" process to see if there had been movement in the various plans:

it is somewhat surprising that there has been nil news from the R.E. since these notifications had been lodged.

While the R.E. may "wait" for PaperlinX to "answer" a question (re above) ......they have a duty of care to ascertain ......all by themselves ........

Does anyone "know" how long is a reasonable period of time in which to get an answer regarding the above ?.
