    seriously tho, if you take out a 450k mortgage on 80/90k you will be paying most your salary to keep the home(is it 4k a month for 450k loan these days?). one health issue or non employment event and you have about 6 weeks max until you are bankrupt
    very hard to own if you are on one salary
