what is a good price to buy

Hi guys im new to qpn. i have obviously missed out on the ride and the sp has gone over 100%. For those who got in early what a ride of joy and luck.

I would like to buy but im not sure whether now is a good time to buy. Research report indicated that company has a good prospect there but the company will need money sooner or later. It will need to raise fund. So good investors on HC i would love an opinion on what is a good price to buy qpn shares, before or after the cap raise?
