there would have to be some sort consideration for split off to occur. why would we give away something for nothing? shareholders collectively always make those type of decisions. my preference is to keep it under the 1 banner. if diamonds up and io down or vice versa then little bit of protection to financial climate. obviosuly no protection if nothing in the ground which isn't the case for io for sure.
