I actually believe PVD is a better drill than PCL as few people took dual listing dilution into account, they diluted heavily pre-drill, the operator had far lower target estimates and they had far less of any eventual target. If PCL hadn't been battered so hard by the GFC (1.2c) it wouldn't have been as attractive as PVD is. Also the dual flatspot from memory looked a bit flatter in later presentations than the very earliest. Although that could have been from the 3d. Hard to remember now but I remember it changing subtly.

In short, PVD should be a much higher leverage drill when the time comes (unless of course it has commensurate appreciation) even though it has a higher gpos.
