I agree. If it all works like they say it will they should be able to make quite a bit of money out of it. I certainly wouldn't want to hold the stock though as I think the risks far outweigh the rewards.
The thing I don't like about the stock is that they make it seem like there's no risk. And thats rubbish. Look at Q-vis, Gradipore etc all with solid medical device products much better than anything else out there but they just can't sell it. The big boys are very tough to convert to new technology.
Another thing I don't like about UNI is their background. Another miner gone biotech. I put it in the same boat as AGT and the others.
Just be aware that some of these companies with "fancy ideas" are just set up with the sole intention to rip the faces of investors. It's a classic Perth way to get rich. Check out SmartWORLD.
