agreed, however it is difficult to know how much of book was old vs new and the performance of these assets.
The negative attention from the Royal Commission and then awaiting rule changes I saw as friction to any significant business mode improvements. Now Covid and the associated suspension of business defaults and pursuing of private debt makes it a long time before debt markets look stable an we see what ‘normal’ will be.
