I was in the same boat. Bought in, and a few weeks later they are suspended. I sold out at 40c and cut my losses.

My decision was based on the following

1) they sold their best asset
2) the board and management were all milking massive fees as the shares in the company fell to a third of their value
3) the ceo received all his salary with none at risk
4) the chairman milked over $300k in fees last year
5) past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior

As someone else on here said, "You don't need to earn you losses backing the same investment."
