    Chairman's address to AGM summarises the position well. NTA 71c, distribution guidance 4.5c, Loans refinaced (or will probably be).

    Not sure why they need to do the 1:10 consolidation though. I mean 1:2 or 1:3 would have been ok. And the reasons given were unconvincing (to me anyway).

    Overall, it looks fine to me.
