pibroch. You have to help those that need help, and then hopefully they can than help themelves. Money is not a solution to every problem. There needs to be some PERSONAL responsibilty, you just can't blame everything and everyone for your situation, when you are not doing anything to better yourself.
Billions have been spent! do you see any improvements? I can't see any in WA, if anything it's worst, and i have seen it close up in Midland WA, where they would hang around the park with brown bags (drinking or sniffing) then walk around the corner to the TAB, that's during the day, you wont want to be there at night.
How about making everyone that receives a handout work for it after a certain time, no problem if aboriginals need more help, but be accountable and enough excuses.
