So given the definition of Aboriginal it would seem that you should only qualify the Tasmanian Aboriginals. All the rest are subsequent invaders who like the Eauropeans, came and claimed land for their own benefit at the expense of the individuals who had previously lived on that land.
I think the government needs to grow a set and create real definitions that everyone can understand and quantify before we continue our current process of discrimination based on race that is currently irrespective of the financial status
