I hope this is not too touchy a subject and I don't mean to be disrespectful of anyone or their religion/beliefs.
I'm just curious, I've done the Google thing but I"d like to hear some real-life views from posters on HC.
I would especially like to hear from people that classify themselves as Atheists.
From my understanding so far an Atheist is one that does not subscribe to any religion, does not believe in any God or life after death. They can be as good/bad, law-abiding, emotional, caring/loving as anyone else.
I would like this thread not to turn into a religious bun fight, just give your views and respect others, we're not trying to prove/disprove God's existance, life after death or anything else.
