I know nothing about LNN, but I believe the terms mean the following:

Appendix 3B relates to New issue announcement,
application for quotation of additional securities
and agreement. Examples of these include Director's and Management Options and exercise thereof, Employee Share Schemes, Dividend Re-investment Plans, new equity raisings.

Appedix 3Y is a Change in Directors Interest. For example, Director's buying on market, exercising options etc.
