its still under 50m market cap so there's no real ceiling as yet. as long as
- met coal pricing is seen a going higher combined with
- china wanting to close down in country mines - the story should have a bright outlook
its all about the prospect of being owner of a vital piece of rail + having a decent sized met coal project attached. but will take while to get there.
