i think you will also find that Ansteel gave GBG funds for a share of the project as well as equity in GBG.

i suggest you do some more homework because you obviously dont know much about what types of deals have already been done, which AXO can replicate.

AXO will have to sell part of the project as well, i think they will try and keep dilution of AXO shares to a minimum but in order to do so they might give up 50% of balla balla.
