    -education has increased from $18b to $30b.a 67% increase.
    -health has increased from $40b to $65b.a 64% increase.
    -welfare has increased from $97b to $145b .a 50% increase.

    Increased against what? Population? Against size of the economic output? What is the time frame for the above 'increases'? Against spending on 'other' government priorities such as the cost of extensive 'independent commissions' advising the elected government?

    Oh, go on and answer the questions.
