Okay I have been reading through your posts in the hope of trying to understand all of this....
I understand that whatever I do with my rights (options) I make a small profit on any amount above 53 cents. I now have another scenario...
If I have some surplus cash that I want to invest in Avexa what happens when I trade AVXR? What am I paying for? Eg market price say 20 cents plus the 53 cents by 19th of April? If so why wouldn't I just buy the AVX share for the full sum of 73 cents right now? Running two books doesn't make any sense to me, who benefits out of this? Can someone shed some light on this?
