quite the opposite, why would anyone want information when the negotiation has only just began. businesswise I can't see why any information on negotiation worth release at this early stage. If you want to milk the offer to the max then let the negotiators do their job and not sit on their tail.
For the long term investor, the target will be the production objective from the 35+ wells not the deal, remember there are 300+ drillable locations identified so far on AZZ lease and only 6 drilled in this proven productive eagleford play. if any deal come around it will be a plus and has to be at premium to that objective. Existing wells has proved production commercialisable or ecconomic potential of the arces, that's why it attracted the offers.
I can't imagine someone stupid enough to make a bid for something perceived as worthless as whipers in the market want to make you beleive.
So IMO all this whispering only add to the panic, and that exactly what whoever s manipulating this stock want. So if you beleive in the story then just shutup and let the professionals do their job and judging them on the outcome not on the whisperings in the market.
