Tomorrow is the 1st Feb and given how slow things move the transfer of land to POSCO will take another 7 - 10 days...(back log of paperwork)

That will be announced to the market and the share price will kick up.

Then 7 to 10 days after that AT and the board will announce its JV partner.....then watch this baby go.....
